The Science of Life
Since I was a child I have felt a strong connection to nature and natural medicine.
I started learning about it around the age of 5, asking grandmother and people around me about it, using some things intuitively and experimenting on my own. This early curiosity grew into a lifelong dedication to the study of plant wisdom.
Unlike modern symptomatic treatment, natural medicine seeks the origin. It doesn’t silence the body; it addresses the imbalance that caused the body to speak in the first place.
Soon I started making my own products, studied Western herbal medicine at school, and read hundreds of hours of literature on the subject of herbs, foods, nutrition, anatomy and psychology.
No matter if you come to me with a particular issue, or just in general want to feel better but don’t know how, I’m here to guide! I make everything myself, organic/wild picked, by hand.
I will tailor a treatment plan to your specific needs, sometimes just one thing to do each day, or a combination of tea, salves and supplements.
The Knowledge of Life
It’s the ancient practice of traditional Indian medicine, around 10 000 years old, which in translation from Sanskrit means “the knowledge of life!”
“Ayurveda doesn’t look at the body as a machine, but as a microcosm of the universe.”
I myself have a diploma and certificate from the Scandinavian school of Ayurveda, as well as practiced in India. Ayurveda doesn’t look at the body in just one way, it looks at your personal constitution, metabolism and lifestyle, to construct a way for you to get yourself to having the optimal life quality!
I do this through asking a few questions, feeling pulse, looking at tongue, skin, nails, hair, and then making an assessment of what would be beneficial for you personally, no matter if you want to heal something in particular, or just in general feel stronger and healthier.
A journey with me often begins with identifying the elemental imbalance. We then weave together a daily tea ritual, dietary shifts, and perhaps a specific salve for external application. It is a slow, steady return to homeostasis.
Contact me to book either a physical meeting with an Ayurveda pulse/tongue diagnosis, or a consultation via Skype to figure out together what to do next.
